All purchases made on the site are under a contract of carriage. It is up to the purchaser to submit a claim to carriers for damaged or lost shipment.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

An email confirming your order will be sent when you make a purchase. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is shipped.

Baby Rama offers delivery in Canada only. We do not currently deliver to PO boxes, to addresses outside of Canada or in certain limited geographical areas in Canada. Baby Rama reserves the choice of carrier and cancel any transaction and order.

HOME DELIVERY

Baby Rama be liable for any delay in delivery of goods ordered and the Customer hereby acknowledges that any delay in delivery can not be attributed only manufacturer. Delivery time will vary according to the availability of the goods and the delivery address. The customer must ensure that doorways of dimensions, stair and planned storage space are large enough to allow delivery personnel to deliver and place the goods without constraint. The entrance stairs and client must be cleared, deglaciated and accessible at the time of delivery. If you have animals, they must be in another closed room to avoid contact with the deliverers. The customer is required to pay the order before delivery. The signing of a major person of age (18 or older) is required upon delivery. To help us prevent damage to property, we recommend the customer to protect the flooring of his house and unobstructed wall, under stairs, ornament, mirror, vase or anything that could be damaged during handling Furniture by delivery. For security reasons, our delivery can not remove their shoes / boots. Our delivery personnel are not allowed to remove any door if it prevents the goods moving. Our delivery drivers do not unpack the goods, they will drop the goods in the desired location by the customer (due to a particular strain of the residence of the customer, it will be deposited in a separate room easily accessible). Our delivery drivers make no installation and no furniture moving.

Baby Rama accepts no responsibility for any damage caused to the property or any other article in the customer's property caused by our delivery. The customer must claim to his insurance.

RETURN POLICY

For returns, the user must first have obtained an authorization number by calling the customer service Baby Rama by phone toll free at 1 (844) 375 2121 or by email at @ general@beberama.ca. An exchange or a credit note will be made within 10 days from the date of purchase. No refunds will be given. The return may be made within 10 days from the date of purchase in store or transport at the expense of the user. Returned products must be in their original packaging when selling. No hygiene product can not be returned unless it is sealed. If the return conditions are not met, penalty fees may be charged to the user.
